Function isSuperset

isSuperset<T>(
ord: TypeClass.Ord.Ord<T>,
): (rhs: BTree.Set<T>) => (lhs: BTree.Set<T>) => boolean
Checks whether the set lhs is a superset to the set rhs. Note that the order of arguments is reversed.
